Roger began attending FBC in August 1984 as an associate pastor and became Senior Pastor in November 1990. In August of 2023 he transitioned to Managing Pastor.

FBC welcomed John as our Senior Pastor on May 6, 2024, In addition to being our primary preacher, John will oversee all aspects of and staff at FBC.

Julie serves as the "face" of FBC as she welcomes people in person and over the phone in her position of FBC receptionist.

Pam serves FBC in the roll of pastoral assistant, business administration and in multiple ministries throughout the FBC community.

As a past public school elementary teacher Sharmon enjoys helping kids and their parents in Kid City discover the wonder of God.

Serves as the Junior High and High School student pastor, leading, teaching and helping students and parents and manages and teaches College Young Adults to follow Jesus.

Serves as FBC’s Senior Worship Pastor overseeing all worship ministries including choir, orchestra, praise bands, drama and student choirs.

Preaches often on Sunday mornings and assists in managing the church staff, ministries, financial resources and oversees small group Bible classes and Men's ministry.

As Women's Ministry Director, Kris strives to create an environment for all women to know Jesus and His Word; and to find their purpose in the church.
